M Day for Mackenzie

Last Friday we had a special day for Mackenzie. She has just had two operations to put cochlear implants in her head. She has been very brave. We all wanted to do something nice for her. So we dressed up as things starting with M and all brought along a gold coin donation. Can you guess what 'M' thing everyone is dressed as?
